Why does Wi-Fi work better in the bathroom?
Wi-Fi works "better" in the bathroom because your home's walls and interference are playing favorites — or you're just desperate enough to notice.
Bathrooms often have fewer thick walls or electronic interference than other rooms, which can make your Wi-Fi signal seem stronger. Also, the smaller space can sometimes provide a better line-of-sight to the router or less signal blocking. So it's not a plumbing miracle, just physics and home layout being weird.
